give my (our) canser.t to General Develapment Corporation, a Delaware corporation, or such perscana
as it shall designcrte crt such time nr times as ths aboae gremises shall be vac~t, te enter upon such
premises to perform cmy cmd all work which it may deem r,ecessca'y to keep such premises in reason-
able appearance ~d repcrir. I, (we) agree such work shall ~nclude, but not be limited to minar repairs
or painting to the e~cterior of the house ~d lawn cmd y~d mcuntencmce.
I, iwe) agree to pay re~sonable ch~ges for all such work perfarmed (s~zch chcu~ges in no c~e
not to be less th~ the actual cost ~hereof to Geneml Development Carporation) v~ithin 10 days after
subznission of a statement in ~writing o# such charges, provided, that such wor}c shall not be com-
Msnced until 10 days affer I(we) ~n (ru~e} gieen notice by General Development Corporcztion ihat
such work is required. Such notice shall be deemed given cmd such statement shall be deemed sub-
mitted as af the day it is deposited in the United States mml. Such chc~ges shall constitute a lien
agmnst the property.
This agreement shall be binding upon my (our) heirs ,successors or assigixs and shall be con-
strued as a covencmt running with the l~d.
