WARRAN~'Y DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Made this 24th day of September , 1965, between
GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPOR.ATION, a corporation existing under the
lawe of the State af Delaware, having its principal place af business at 2$28
Goral Way, Miami, Dade Caunty, Florida~ and lawfully authorized to transact
bueiness in the State of Florida, party of the first part, and FLORIDA POWER
& LIGHT COMPANY, a Florida corporation, party of the second part, whose
mailing address is: P. O. Box 3100 ( Miarni, Florida. ~
WITNESSETH:
That the party of the first part, for an~i in consideration of the sum of TEN
DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATIG~N to it in hand
paid by the said party af the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the "said party of the second
part, its successors and assigns forev'er, the following described land situate,
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

A strip of land 60 feet in width lying West o£, adja~ant to and
parallel with the Florida Power and Light Gompany Right of Way

corded in Deed Book 249 at Page 388 of the Public-Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida; the Easterly boundary line ~f said
strip of land being coincident with the Westerly boundary line of
said Right of Way and more particularly described as £ollows:
Comrnencing at the Southwest corner of Section 11, Township
37 South, Range 39 East, run N 8?° 37'06" E. along the South
line of said Section 11 for 1440 56 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Thence leave said South line af said Section I1 and run N 00° O1'46"
W. for 5301.63 feet ta the Sauth line of Section 2, Township 37
S~uth, Range 39 East to the point of terrnination. Containing
7, 30 acres more nr less and lying in Section 11, Township 37
South, Range 39 East, and being bounded on the North by the
South line of Section 2, Township 37 Sauth, Range 39 East, on
the East by the Florida Power and Light Company Right of Way,
and on the South by the South line of said Sectinn 11.
RESERVING to General Development Corporation, easements for
the installation and maintena.nce of utilities and drainage facilities
and for road purposes together with the right to dedicate all or
portions o£ the same to public use, across the above described
