That the aforesaid deed and conveyance made by these deponents was -
executed and delivered with the express understanding thaC it does not operate,
even though placed o£ record, to effect such a mergex of intereat as to ex- I
tinguish the mortgage lien, and that its receipt by the grantee does not con-
atitute legal delivery and shall be of no binding force or effect whatsoever
until such time ae the grantee consents to the acceptance of such deed, after
approval of title by Che grantee. The receipt or acceptance of said deed as I
aforesaid ahall in no way reatrict the right of the Adminiatrator of Veterans ~
Affairs (grantee), or the right of hia auccesaors in interest, to forecloae
the mortgage debt if f~oreclosure is deemed desirable. From and after the
28fih day of ~p~s~b~!' 19~, deponents
also aesign, transfer and set over to the Adminiatrator of Veterans Affairs
any rentals then awing ar which may thereafter become due from any occupant
or occupanta of said property.
This affidavit is made for the protectian and benefit of the afore- `
said Administrator of Vetersns Affairs, his successors and asaigns, and a11 ~
other parties hereafter dealing with or who may acquire any interest in the '
property described in the aforesaid deed, and shall bind the respecCive heirs, (
executors, administrators, and assigns of the undersigned,
