~ MORTGAGE EXTENSION AGREEMENT

; V KNO~] A~,L MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that JOHN D. BROWNING and VIRGINIA
~ ~
i BRO'~TNING, hereinafter called Mortgagors, and ROBERT LEO TOLLIVER,
L ~ hereinafter called mortgagee, do hereby agree to the extension and
f ~
j~ b modification of the mor~.gage payments due under that ce~tain mor~gage
II recorded in O. R. Book 47, at page 267 and 268, publi.c records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, which mortgage was assigned to the said mortgagee
*i by instrument recorded in 0. R. Book 127, at;page 179, of the public
~ records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and this modification is to be
as to ~ime and manner of payment alone, and in all o~her resp~cts and
regards said mortgage is to remain unchanged and unmodified, and the
present principal balance on said mortgage is $17,000.00, and shall be
f paid as follows:
= On August 20, 1966, the sum of $3,000.00 principal, plus
I ~
i~ $1,020.00 interest shall b~ paid by the Mortgagors to the
~ ; Mortgagee; on August 20, 1957, the sum of $3,000.00 prin-
~ i cipal, plus $840.00 interest sha~l be paid; On August 20,
~ 1968, the st:m of $3,000.00 principal and $660.00 interest
shall be paid; on August 20, 1969, the sum ~f $3,000.00
~ principal and the sum of $480.00 interest shall be paid; ~
~ On August 20, 1970, the sum of $3,000.00 principal and the
sum of $300.00 interest shall be paid; on August 20, 1971,
the sum of $2,000.00 principal and $120.00 interest shall
be paid.
~ It is the intention of this agreement to affect only the amount
~ of the mortgage paymen~s and in all other respects and regards said
i
~ ma~tgaga shall stay and ~emain in full force and effect. U~on the
~ receipt of the final payment, the Mortgagee shall satisfy the mortgage
~
~ of the Mortgagors.
