ASS IGNMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That FLORIDA NATIONAL BANR AT ORLANDO, a co=poration existing
under the laws of the United States of America, party of the first
part, in cons~deration af the sum of Ten Dollars ($10) and other
valuable corisiderations, received from or on behalf of CONNECTICUT
GENERAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a Connecticut corporation, party
nf the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of
these pre~ents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknawledged, does
hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto ths
said party of the second part the tollowing:
l. That certain mortgage bearing date the 20th day of July,
1964, made by WAGNER GROVES, INC., a.n favor of FLORIDA NATIONAL
BANK AT OFtLANDO and recorded in Official Records Book 94, Page

follow3.ng described piece or parcel of land, situate and being
~ in said Cour~ty and State, to wit:

ORLANDO, and recarded in Official Records Book 113, Page 433,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as modified by
that certain Modification Agreement recorded June 8, 1965,
under Clerk's No. 136609 Public Records nf St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Together with the note or obliga~ion described in said mortgages and
the mone~rs due and ~o become due tl~ereon, with interest from the
~ t't+ day of October, 1965 .
