WARRAN'I'Y DEED
THIS WARRANT'Y DEED rnade and executed the day of
Oetober, A, D. 1965, by LEE GROVES, INC. , a corporation existing under
the ladvs of F'lorida, and having its principal place of business at Fort Pierce,
Florida, hereinafte: called the grantor, to WALLACE B. MARTIN as to an
undivided one-half interest and DOROTHY V. MARTLN as to an undivided one--
half interest, whose post affice address is 107 Fairview West, Jupiter, Florida,
hereinafter called the grantees:
