SUBORDINATION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned, being the holders of a certain
mortgage bearing date the lOth day of April, A. D. 1963, made
by Souther~n Fruit Distrib~ators, Inc. in favor of Office
Building Investments, Inc. and recorded in Official Records
Baok 61, Page 30, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flarida,
upon property more particularly described therein, for $10.00
and other valuable considerations, do hereby subordinate and
agree that the lien of said mortgage is inferior to the lien
of a certain mortgage from Center Lake Corporation to Florida
National Bank at Orlando, bearing date the ~O ~ day of
September, 1965, and recorded in Official Records Book /a~v ,
Page 37~ , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WH~REOF, the undersigned have caused these
presents to be signed and their seals to be affixed, all as
