MOR~GAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT ; • • . - • ~s ~
KN~W ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That FRANK J. WOUTERS and
FRANCES D. WOUTERS and C1TI~ENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
hereby agree to modify that cer~ain mortgage dated August 29, 1964,
and recorded in O. R. Book 97, at page 263-264, of the ~ublic records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, in which said mortgage the lender,
CITIZENS FEDERAL did lend to the borrowers, FRANK J. and FRANCES
D. WOUTERS, the original sum of $18,700.00, which sum was payable
at the rate of $182.50 per month, starting or. December I0, 1964,
' and on the lOth day of each manth thereafter, at an interest rate
of 6$, until said sum is paid in ful1, and it is hereby agreed tay
the ur.dersigned that said payments shall be reduced to the monthly
amount of $15I.25 per month, and in a~l other respects said original
mdrtgage shall remain in full force and effec~ and the term thereof
is extended due to ~he reduction of the payments required therein.
