This Indenture, Made this day of October, 1965, Between

5tate of Florida, grantor, and N,a,ry Lennard C~ark, whose post

grantee, an3 Leicester W, Lennard, whose post office address is
i13o9 South Indian River Drive, rort Pierce, Florida, grantee and
George S~. Lennard, whose post office a~dress is P. 0. Box 305,
Fort Pierce, ~'lorida, grantee, as tenants in common,
Witnesseth, Tnat said grantor, for and in consideratian of the
sum of `i~'en ~ollars (~p1U.00) , and otner good and vai.uable consid-
erations to said grantor in hand paid by said grantees, ths
receipt wher~eof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargain~d
and sold to the said grantees and grantees° heirs and assigns

Lucze County, Florida, to-wits
(i.) Beginning at the nortn~rest corner of Lot 13,

Ylat Book 3, Page 5, St. Lucie County Fublic Records,
run southeasterly along the eastern property line of
