tofore deeded to the grantor by deed recorded in Deed
Book 41 at Page ~55, S~• Lucie County Public Records.
Excepting from each ~f the three above described par-

itX lines.
This deed is given subject to a la.ie estate which
grantor herein reserves and retains unto herself in
each of the above described parcels of property and is
also ~iven subject to any unpaid taxes or assessments.
