4. To pay a reasonable attorney~s fee and all Court
costs should the parties of the first part be forced to take
legal action to enforae the provisioas hereof, or should the
parties of the second part breac2~ this Agreement and refuse to
~ quit the premises, making it necessary fio bring eviction
proceed3ngs against them, or shovld the parties of the first
part be reqaired to fareclczse this Agreem~.ent or atherwise bring
