ga3rments and perform the covenants hereinbefore mentioned on
his part to be performed~ then the parties of the first part
w311 farthwith tender a good ar~d sufficient deed with documentary

IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE of the said party ~f the second ~
part to make any ~f the payinents, or any part thereof ~ promptly on
