THIS WARRANTY DEED Made and executed the 8th day of
October, 1965, by GEN~RAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a
corporation existing under the laws of the State of Delaware, and
having its principal place of business at 2828 Coral Way, Miami,
Florida, hereinafter called the Grantar, to AMERICAN TELEPHONE
AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY, a corporation existing under the laws
of the State of New York, with its permanent post office address at
195 Broadway, New York, New York, hereinafter called the Grantee.
~VITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt where-
of is hereby ~.cknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain,
sell, alien, release, convey and confirm unto the Crrantee, all that
certain land situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz;
A parcel of land lying in a portion of Lot 10, Block 1,

No. One, St. Lucie Gardens, as recorded in Plat Book
