This Note and Mortg~ge D~odification Agreemeat entered
into on this the 22nd day a f Octaber, AD. 1965, by and
between FLOYD W. BURKET, hereinafter referred to as the
party of tne f irst par~, and ~ILBUR R. GRI~ and CLARA
V. GRIMM, his wife, hereinafter referred to as the parties
of the second part;
_ WITNES3ETH, that for and in consideration of ONE
DOZLRR A~^ID 0'i'HER VALUABLE CON~IDERATIOivTS, exchangedbetween
the partie~ hereto, tt~e receipt o~ which is hereby
acknowledged, the aforesaid par~ies a~ree as follows, to-
wit : '
l. That the psti.e~ of the first part are tn~ owners
an~ ~~oldera of the mortgage dated August 22nd, 196o and
recorded August 29, 1960 in Mortgage Boak 167 at page
596 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in tneorigirsl prin~ipal amount af ~5,395•11, encumbering
the following described property, located i n St, Lucie
County, Florida, to-wit:
Zot 16 of Block 4 of PIVER PARK UNIT 1, as per
plat thereof on filein Plat Book 10, at page 69
of the publ~c records of St. Zucie County, Florida.
2. That the amount remainin~ un~aid on said mortgage
and note is the sum of ~5,409.67 as of the 22nd day of
October, A.D. 1965.
3• That the parties hereto do hereby extend and
modify ths note that said ~ortgage secured to be payable
as follows, to-wit:
~38.00 on the 22nd day of P3ovember, A.D. 1965, and
~38,00 on th~ 22nd day of each month thereafter until
such time as the first mortgage recorded in Mortgage
` Book 167 at pa~+e 59b of the public recvrds of St.
~ I,ucie County, Florida, has been paid in full, at
which time the payments shall increase hereon to
the sum of $90.00 per month, until tili.s nc~ and
