mortgage not in conflicthsrewith shall xemain in full farce
and effect in all respects and that nothing here3n shall
effect or impair any rights that tne said p~ rty cf the
first part may have thereunder f or the recovery of the
~aid mortgag~e debt, with interest thereon and eapenses thereof
in the case of non#`ulfillment of tni s agreement.
5. That ~he parties hereto do hereb~? agree and modify
the note that said mortgage secures by changing the
interest for tne next twenty-four months thereon f rom
6g~ per annum to 4`~ per annum an the unpaid t~alance pronided
the mortgags payments are always made on time.
