SUBORDINATION OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that th~ F1.orida Citrus Produetion
Credit Assoeiata.on of Orlando, Florida, the owner and holder of a cextain real
estate mortgage, made, executed and delivered ~ta the said Plorida Citrus
Production Credit As~ociatinn af Orlando, ~lorida by Wallace B. Mar~in and
Dorothy V. Martin, his wife, said mor~gage dated October 8, 1965 and recorded
in Official Records Book 128, at page 292, of the Pu~lic Records of St. Lucie
~ County, Fiorida, for and in cons3deration of tr.e sum of One Do11ar ($Z.00) and
ofiher valuable consideratians to it in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has cantracted and agreed and by these presents does contraet
and a,gree that the said real estate mortgage above referred to and as to a11
. its rights and interest thereunder shall be subordinate and subject to that
certain mortgage from Wallace B. Martin and Doro~hy V. Mar~in, his wife, ~o
The Equitable Life Assurance Society of America, dated October 8, 1965 and
recorded in Official Records Book 128, at page 288 of the Public Record.s of
St. Lucie County, Florida, in the amount of Eighty Five Thausand and no/1Q0
dollars, ($85,000.00) upon ~hz real ert~Cate described in said mortga~e.
The Florida Citrus Productinn Cred.it Association of Orlando,
Plorida does further cont~ract and agree that the aforesaid mortgage from
Wallace B. Martin and Dorothy V. Martin, his wife, to The Equitable Life Assur-
ance Society af America, shall have priority o~ lien nver the afnresaid real
estate mortgage held by ~he said Florida Gitrus Production Credit Associa~ion
of Orlando, Florida, upon al1 of ~he said real es~ate and a1.1 rights therein.

be subscribed in its corporate name by its Assistant Secretary-Treasurer, pur-
