RESQLUTI~N NO. 65-10 _ WHEREAS, the St. Lucie Courity Planning ~nd Zoning Cornmissian af~er holding a public h~aring on Septemb~r 15, 1965, of which due notice was published at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing, has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County that ~he follow- ing amendments to the Comprehensive Zoning Resc~lution for St. Lucie County be adopted, and WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on said recommendation on October 12, 1965, after first publishing a notic~ of said hearing in The News Tribune published in For~ Pi~rce, Florida, on the 23rd day af September, 1965, said date beirig at least fifteen days prior to ~he date of said hearing. NOW, TI~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. i.ucie County in meeting assembled this 12th day of October, 1965, ~hat the Comprehensive Zoning Resa- lution for St. Lucie County be and the sarne is hereby amended as follows: 1. Amend the District Regulations for all residential districts ~R-lAA to R-5~ and B-1 Districts to a11ow public utility buildings as a permissible use by special exception af the Board of Adjustment of said County after publzc hearing and subject to appropriat~ conditions and safeguards. 2. A.'nend paragraph 8 of Section 14 to read as follows: "8. Ali tanks for tihe storage of gasoline, kerosen~ or o~her petroleum products sha11 be ~ loc~ted underground, excep~ that tanks holding - not in excess of two thousand (2,000) gallons used for the s~orage of liquifiPd petral.eum gas may be located above ground. Such ~anks for the storage of liquified petroleum gas shall not be located within twenty five ~25) feet of any front 1Qt line nor within fifteen (15~ feet of any si~is ar rear lot line," . w..~~• ~ ~ ~ • - r? • . . ~ . . ; . . _
