The mortgaged prop~rty is described as f~llows, to-wit: Beginning onthe East right of way line of Florida East Coast Railway, 227.65 feet Northwesterly from the South line of North 11.36 cha:~.ns of Government Lot 2, Section 36, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, measured along said East right of way, same being the Northwest corner af lands heretafore deeded to Thomas F. Dulaney, by Jonn Hevenveld as described in Deed Book 219, page 504, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; from said point of beginning cantinue along said East right of way 111.0 feet, thence with an interiar angle of 86 degrees 45 minutes run Northeasterly 265.1 feet to the West Shore of Indian River, thence Sou~heasterly along said West shore 95.2 feet to Northeast corner of lands of Dulaney; thence turn and rur. Southwesterly along the North li.ne of Dulaney aforesaid 45 feet to East right of way of rndian River Drive, said point being 322.5 feet Northwesterly frarn the South Line of North 11..36 chains of Government ~ Lot 2, being measured along said East right of way of Indian River Drive, thence continue along said North line of Dulaney 221.2 feet to the paint of beginning. Excepting therefrom rights-of-way for public road - t. to and was svld by me/W. J.
