administer aaths and take acknowledgments personally
appeared C. L. SM~TH, who after being by rne firs~ duly
sworn, upon oath says: That my name is C. L. SMITH,
that Affiant is a real estate broker in Fort Pierce, Florida
and as suc3~ has personal knowledge of the above-described
property, Affiant furthez states that in the early part
of the year 1963 Mr. Charles O. Neff secuxed a Quit-Claim
Deed from Stan~ord W. Hunter and Shirley B. Hunter, his
wife to Michael L. Keznoff and Helen Keznoff, his wife
to the above-described property, wr,ich Quit-Claim Deed
was recorded in Official Recard Boak 58, at Page 162 0~
the public recards of St. Lucie County, Florida. Affiant
further states trat at ~he time the said Quit-Claim Deed
was acquired the Hunters had vacated the pr~perty and left
Fort Pierce. Affiant furzher states that subsequent to
the date of the recording of the above-menti.aned Quit-Claim
Deed that Affiant has personally rented ths property for
Mr, and Mrs. Keznof~ to various parti~s and that Stanford
W. Hunter and Shirley B. ~iunter, his wife, have never
~ exercised any control over s~id property since relinquishing
~ the title back to Mr. and Mrs. Keznoff in early 1963.
