Befvre me, the undersigned authority, duly authorized to admin-
ister oaths, personally appeared FRANK W. BECKER, to me well known
and ktiown Co me to be the person wh~ executed the within AffidaviC,
who, after being duly sworn by me, the undersigned No~ary Public,
averred as follows:
I, FR.ANK W. BECKER do hereby certify that I am the widower of
II~SA BECKER and that my deceased wife, II~IIriA BECKER and I were the
Grantees in that certain Deed dated July 28, 1950 from Wes~gate
Colony, Inc., a corporatiun existing under the laws c,f the State of
Florida, to Frank W. Becker and Emma Becker, his wife, recorded in
Official R~c ord Book 106, page 758, public records of Indian River
County, Florida, covering pz~operty described as follows:
Lot 8, Block 2, Unit 2, Westgate Colony Subdivision,
according to plat filed in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of Indian ~iver County, Florida,
in Plat Book 5, page 84; said land lying and being in
Indian River County, Florida.
and that we were also the Grantees in that certiain Deed dat~d
February 15, 1965 from Sunquest, ~nc., a corporation existing under
the laws of Florida, to Frank W. Becker and Emma Becker, his wife,
recarded in Official Record Book 210, page 243, public records of
Indian River Caunty, Florida, covering property described as fallows:
Lot 7, Block 2, Westgate Colony Subdivision, Unit ~~2,
according to plat filed in the office of the C1erk of
the Circuit Court af Indian River County, Florida, in
Plat Book 5, page ~4; said land lying and being in
Indian River County, Florida.
~ and that we were also the Gran~ees in that certain Deed dated
July 30, 1954 from Lillian N. Schenk, joined by her husband, George B.
Schenk, to Frank W. Becker and Emma Becker, husband and wife, recorded
in Deed ~ook 193, page 23, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
covering property described as follows:
