Affiant further states on oath that his wife died on
September 10, 1965 in Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida,
and that he and his late wife were married on September 6, 1924
in Harlan, Kentucky, and that they remained husband and wife from
the date of marr~age until her dea~h on September 10, 1965; thati
they were married on the dates they acquired the above-described
property and that they continued to be married until the date of
the death of his wife.
Attached hereto and made a part herec+f is executed copy of
Preliminary Notice and Report, certified copy o£ Death Certificate
and Non-Taxable Certificate, proving ttie death of E~na Becker and
the fact that there are no inheritance taxes due and payable on
the Estate of Emma Becker.
