and further agrees that:
l. The balan~e of the purchAae price, i.e., $6,500.00
shall be paid t~y the Buyer to the Or+mer in monthly inatall~fi?~e,
each in the amount of $55.00, xhich amount ehall inclucle interdst
at ~he ra~e of ~ per annum beginning the 5th day of 1++~xch 19b5,
and on ths Sth day of each month until the balance has been paid,

2. Upon receipt of the balance of the purchase price
within the time allowed, the O~mer xill pranptly e~recute and deliver
to the Buqers a good and sufficient Warranty Deed containing all of
~he u~ual Common Law covenants of title, conveying that property to
the Buqer in fee simple, the (?rmer xill pa~ for the drafting of this
contract, the deed and the documentary tax ~tampa affixed to the deed.
The Buper will pay for the coat of recording the d~ad, the real prop-
erty tax for the year in which thi~ contract ia exeauted shall be
pro-rated bettireen th~ Ow~ner and the Buyer and therafter a11 tazes and
~ a~~essmen~s are to be paid by the Buper.
