ASSIGNMLNT OF MORTGAGSS
AS OOLLATSRAL SECURITY
This indenture, made the 18~.h day of October, 1965,
b~tweer. FLORIDA I~,ID CITRUS CORPORATION, 3 Florida corporatian,
party of the first part, and DOIARES ALPSRN, of Palm Bea~h County,
Florida, party of the second part, witnesseth as follows:
1. The said party of the first part, in c~nsideration o£
tre sum of $70,000.00 ta it paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, doth hereby assign, transfer and set over to the
said party of the second part, the following mortgages:
a. Mortgage made by 'I~homas T. Lenk to Florida
Maid Citrus Corporation, dat~d January 19, 1~65,
recorded in Official R~cord Book 110, page 137
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Flarida.
b. Mortgage made by Silicote Sales Cr~., Inc., to
Florida Maid Citrus Corgoration, dated March 10,
1965, recorded in Offi.cial Record Book 115 page
348, o~ tre public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
together with the respective nates or abligations therein
described and the manies due and to grow due thereon, with the
interest, (excepting, however, the first payments due on the said
mnrtgages, which said first payments,~onstituting the sums of
$9,825.00 and $10,550.00, have been pledged or assigned for the
~ p~yment af a laan made by Florida Bank at Fort Pierce, Fl.orid~,
ta Florida Maid Citrus Corporation), and all the xigrt, title and
interest of the said party af the first part in and tothe premises
in the said indentures described, with the full benefit of all
powers, rights and remedies expressly or impliedly contained »
