T1~iiS INDENTUR.E, executed this day of ,
1~~65, between ~VILLIAbi G, TYE, Special Master in Chancer}~, of the
first gart, and ~V. A. PALI~tER, Fort Pierce, Florida, of the second
part;
~ti'~~EREAS, the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, in
and for the County ot Saint Lucie, in Chancery, on the 31st day of
August, 1965, among other things ordpred, adjudged and decreed in
a certain cause then pending in the said Court, between W. A. PALhiER,
Plaintiff, and ~dILLIE PAULHTLL and ANNIE :~it1E PAULHILL, his ~vife,
Defe.ndants, that the mortgaged real property and chattels hereina.fter
particularly described, be sald ~t public auction, pursuant to due
notice of the time and pJ.ace of sale, and under the terms and as
directed by said Court's orders and decrees in said cause. ~
AND lti'HEREA5, the sai~ Special htaster, pursuant to and in
compliance ~rith the orders and decrees of the said Court did, on
the 29th day of Septernber, 1965, sell at public auction the said
mortgaged real property and at said sale the said mortgaged real
property ~vas sold to the said party of the second part for the
sum of Three Thousand ~vo Hundred Seventy-Nine Dollars and ~ifty-
One Cents (~3,279.51), that being the highest sum bidden far the
same.
ivG~ti' THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE 1VITNESSETH: That the said
Special ~laster, in order to carry into effect the said sale so
made as af oresaid, and under th~ terms and in pursuance of the
orders and decrc~es of the said Court, in consideration o~ the
premises, and of the said sum of Three Thousand 'I~vo Hundred Seventy-
Nine Dollars and Fifty-One Cents ($3,279.51), paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt ~vhere~f i.s hereby ackn~tivledged,
has granted, bargained and sold, and by these presents does grant,
~ bargain and sell, alien, releasey convey and confirm unto the
saici party of th~ se~ond part, and to his heir~, successors and
assigns forever, a certain parcel of land in the County of Saint
Lucie, State of Florida, ~vhich land is mare f ully described as
