Brower, deceased, party of the first part, and LAWRENCE L. GRIFFING and RUTH A. GRIFFZNG, his wife, parties of the second part. WITNESS ~hat for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and other valuable cansiderations paid by ~ the parties of the second part to the par~y of the first part, the receipt whereof is hereby acr]cnowledged, the said party of the first part does hereby grant to the said parties of the second part, th~ir heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, a permanent easement and right-of-way for general road purposes over and upon the following described property, to~wit: From the NE cnrner of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 7, Township 35 Sauth, Range 40 East, run thence South 40 feet to a point; thence turn and run West 488.05 feet to point of beginning; thence turn and run South along the East boundary of U-Vista Court 310 feet to a point; thence turn and run West 50 feet to the West bouradary of U-Vista Court and the SE corner o~ the property conveyed by Wi7.liam B. Moseley and Ruth B. Moseley, his wife, and Lillian D. Brower, a widow, to Lawx~ence L. Griffing and Ruth A. Griff ing, his b warranty deed dated the day of , 1965; thence turn and run North along the West boundary af U-Vista Court 310 feet to a point; thence turn and run East 50 feet to the point of beginning, said 1.ands lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida. The grantor, however, reserve~ the right at any and all times to have free and uninterrupted use and al1 general purposes ~ connected with the use of the grantor`s adjoining lands, her ' heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
