on the Public Records and held for naught.
It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the
Two Hundred Fi,fteen ($215.00) Dollara which is now being held in
the Trust Account of Charles S~one, Eeq. £or the Defendants be
forthwith remitted to the Defendants iramediately upon the e~cecu-
tiott of thia Decree and that each party shall be responsible f or
