1965 , by and between DOTI-~N RICH~R.DSON and IRENE RTCHARDSON,
his wife, parties of the first part, and CODY L. BA2LEY, party
of the second part.
W~TNESS that for and in consideration of the sum of One
($1.00) Do11ar and other valuable considerations paid by the
party of the secand p~rt to the parties of the first part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the s~id parties of the
~irst part do hereby grant to the said party of the second part,
his heirs, executors, admi.nistrators and assigns, a permanent
easement and right-of-way for general sewerage and utility pur-
pases over and upon the follawing described property, to-wit:

McCULLER'S SUBDIVISIOI3, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, at page 34,
of the Pub1i~ Records of Saint Lucie Couraty,
Florida.
The g~antors, however, reserve the right at any and all
tamss to have free and uninterrupted use and all gen~ral purposes
connected w~th the use of the grantors' adjoi.ning lands, their
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.
