F'REDERICK G. RAPPOLD, as Ancillary Administrator of the Estate of CHARLES
W. R.APPOLD, Deceased, hereinafter called th~ grantor, to LILLIAN M.
RAPPOLD, LILLIAN V. POttRYER and FREDER~CK G. RAPPOLD, as to an undivided
