WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the land hereinafter described was heretofoxe acqu;red far
i': Florida State Turnpike purposes; and,
WHEREAS, said land is no langer xequired for such purposes, and the
party of the first part, by Authnrity aciian on August 30, 1965, pursuant to the '
; prnvisions of Section 340. 06, F. S. A. , has agr~ed to quitclaim the la.nd herein-'.

NOw, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That the party of ;

part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, re-
'lease and quitclaim unto the paxty of the second part, its successors and as~-

Authority in and to the following described real property, situate, lying and
