ASS~GNMENT OF MORT~AGES
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
That PHILIP G. NOURSE, Individually and as Trustee, and
ST. LUCIE MORTGAGE COD~PANY, a Florida corporation, parties of the
firs~ part, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other
valuable considerations, received from or on behalf of FI,OYB W.
BURKET, party of the second part, at or befare the ensealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby ackno~r-
ledged, do hex•eby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set
over unto the said party of the secand part those certain mort,gage~,
together with the notes that they secure, encumbering lands in
St. Lucie County, Florida, as follows, to-wit:
All of those certain mortgages, together with the
notes that they secure assigrsi for additional
collateral far that certain mortgage dated April
4th, 1963, and recorded in Official Record Book 60
at page 206 of the public records of St. Zucie
County, Fl.orida, said notes and mortgage~ being
more particul.arl.y described and set out in 5chedule
"A" attached to said m~rtgage recorded in Official
Record Book 60 at page 206, without r~course.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any notes and mortgages therein
