and also the land and premises included in the $aid martgage in
the event of the same having been foreclosed a~ hereinaf~er provided,
at pub].ic suction in Fart Pierce, Florida, first having given notice
of the time and pl~ce of guch sale once esGh week for three suc-
cessive weeks in a public newspsper published in ssid St. T,ucie
Gounty, Florida, and to assign and convey the said not~sand mortgages
or the land and premises, as the case may be, absolutely ar~d in
fee sir.;ple to the purchaser at such sale, and out of the moneys
arisin,g from such sale to retain the principal sum hereby secured,
and the interest thereon, with ~he costs and expense~ of such sale,
including a reasonabZe attorneys fee, and to pay over the surplus,
if any, to the said parties af the first part, their heirs and
assigns, and in that event the ~aid party of the second part, her
heirs and asg~g ns, may become the purchaser at such sale, and no
other purchaser shall be answerable for the application of ~he
purchase money.
In the evsnt of any defa~l.~ in the performance ar abservance
af the conditions and covenant$ of ~he said mortgage hereby assigned,
whether before or after any default in the performance ar observance
of the conditions arzd covenants hereof, the said party of the s ecnnd
part, her heirs and assigns, may take any remedy ~y foreclosure or
otherwise by the said mortgages conferred for the recovery of the
debt and interest to be secured, or to enforce or reali~e the
security therefar, but it shall not be incumbent on her to so do.
Any notice herein provided ~o be given to the party of the
first part 5ha11 be deliver~d or mailed (certified or registered
mail) to FLOYD W. BURKET, 706 Howie Drive, F~. Pierce, Florida,
until and unless otherwise ins~ructed.
