weekly payment shall be applied first
to interest and then ~o the unpaid
principal balance, with interest from
the date hereof at the rate of Seven
Percen*~ (79b) per annum on the unpaid
balance. Two or more payment~ may be
made at any time by the parties of the
second part on any installment due date.
Artd the pa,rties of the second part further covenant and
agree as follows: .
1. To pay all taxes, assessments, or impositians that
may be legally levied ar imposed upon said land subsequent to
the 31 st day of Decemt~er 1964.
2. To maintain in a state of good repair the building
situate on the above described property and to suf~er no waste
or impairment of the same, reasonable cvear and tear of the same
only excepted.
3. To allow no liens to be placed on th e above described
property for materials, furnished or labor performed thereon,
and if such lie ns are so placed, the same may be paad by the
parties of the first part and each such payment, plus interest
thereon at 8o per annum, shall be added to the unpaid balance of
this Agreement. To promptly pay for all. labor performed and
materials furnishEd upon the above described property.
4. To pay a reasona.ble afitorney' s fee and all Court
coGts should the parties af. the fir~t part beforced to take
legal action ~a enforce the provisions herQOf, or should the
partzes of the second part breach this Agreement and refuse ta
quit the premises, making it necessary to bring evic~ion pro-
ceedings against them, or should the parties af the first part
be required to foreclo~e this Agreement or otherwise bring lega~
action hereunder.
