until the whole sum named, plus
interest has been paid ir~ full.
Each such weekly payment shall
be applied first to interest and

balance, with interest fram the
date hereof at the rate of Seven Fer-
cent (79~) per annum on the unpaid
bal~nce. T~vo or more payments may be
made at any time by the part3es of the
second part on a ny installment due date.
And the parties of the second part further covenant
and agree as follows:
l. To pay all taxes, assessments, or impositions that
may be legally levied or imposec~ upon said land subsequent to
the 31st day of December, 19b4.
2. To maintain in a state of good repair the building
situate on the above described property and to suffer no waste
or impai rment of the same , r easonable wear and tear of t he same
only excepted.
3. To a11.ow no liens to be placed on the abvve described
property for materials furnished, or labor performed thereon,
and if sucn lie ns are so placed, the same may be paid by the
parti~s of the f ir st part and each such payment , plus interest
thereon at 8o p~r annum, shall be added to the unpaid balance of
this Agreement. To promptly pay for all labor performed and
materials furnished upon the above described property.
4. To pay a reasonable attcrney's fee and a11 Court
cos~s should the parties of the first part be forced to take
legal action t~ enforce the provisians hereaf, ar should the
parties of the second part breach this Agreeme nt and refus~ to
quit the prem~ses, making it necessary to bring eviction proceed--
ings against them, or should the parties of the first part
be required to foreclose this Agreement or otherwise bring legal
actic~n hereunde.r .
