title to the property covered thereby should remain in said Sealtest its successors
and assigns, until the entire purchgse price had been fully paid, and al.l of the
other terms of said agreement on the part of said Purchaser, to be perfarrsed there-
under, and been fully performed; and

property, and has other~rise fu].ly gerfoxmed the terms and conditions in said con-
tract contained on his part to be performed, and in accordance with the ter:ns of
said eontract, the said Purchaser, is entitled to an acknowl.ed.gernent that title to
said property has passed to said ~Purchaser free and clear of the said Conditinnal
Sale Contract.

Sa1e Contract, and said contract is hereby released of rec~ d.
