4. This Agreement may be offered in evidence by either of ~
; the parties hereto in any matrimonial actian at any time pending betwcen ~

the parties, ar in any action or proceeding of whatsoever nature in whicn the ~

; same rnay be material, and shall, subject to the approval of the Court, be '

; incorporated in any such action between the parties, who~ver may be ;

~ i Plaintiff. This Agreement, however, shall not be invalidated by any decree ~
i ~
~ ~ or judgment of divorce or separation entered in any suc'h action betwe~n ;

: ~ the parties, whoever may be the Plaintiff and the obligation~ and covenants '

~ of this Agreement shall survive any decree or judgnent of divorce or

~ separation. No in~ertion in any decree of any of the provisions af this
I ~
I Agreernent or of the substance thereof shall affect or in any way alter
~ ~
; the terms and provisions of this agreement.

~ 5. With the exception of claims for the full and faithful p°rformance ;

i of this Agreement, the wife does hei~eby release the husband, his executors, :

! admi:.,~:.~ato~s, ~~eirs and next-of-kin from any and all claims of any name
( or nature at law or in equity , including any claim or right to support and ~

~ maintenance which she might now, or any tirr~e hereafter, have against

? the husband, or which she might have against his esrate in the event of i7is

jj death, and does ~ereby waive any and all right, title anci inter•est in ~r~d
to the property and estate of the husband, which th~ wife now has or may ~
hade, inciuding any statutory r~ght or interest such as intestate share, ~
(i dower, the right of administration of the estate of the husband (exc~pt as

I~ he may grovide by Will) and the rights of election to take dower a~ai~zst

any will of the husband. The wife daes further agree that she will execut~

any further instruments, releases, deeds or assignments as may bc
; ~i
j; necessary or propex to release, assign or grar,t any such present ar

I~ future right, title, interest or claim in or to the progerty or estate of ;

the husband.
