WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, Made this 27th day of October, 1965, BETWEEN
PAUL W. QUEEN and GRACE V. QUEEN, his wife; and THOMAS F, QUEEN, a
single m~n, of the County of Brevard, State of Florida, grantors, and
CECIL B. CUNNINGHAM and LETHA W. CUNNINGNAM, his wife,
whose post office address is 2507 25th Street, Nitro
of the County of ~a~i'~'d , State of West Virgit~ia , grantee,
WITNESSETH, That said grantors, for and in consideration of the
sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS, and other g~od and valuable considerations
to said grantors in hand paid by said grantee, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, has granted, t~argained and sold to the said
grantee, ~.nd grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following
