South, Range 39 East.
That the true line of the abov~ described lands is that shown
as the true lin~ an that certain plat on file in Plat Book 12,
page 30, of the public recnrds of Saint Lucie County, Florida.
2. That all of the clouds mentioned in the Complaint
and records and files of this cause are hereby removed and the
said title of Plaintiff is forever cleared and hereby confirmed.
3. 'I'hat the Plaintiff have, hold and passess a good
and sufficient fee simple title absolute in and to the real
estate and a11 interests thereby, and the title to the lands
involv~d in these proceedings or any part thereof be, and the
same is hereby quieted and contirmed.
4. That none of the Defendants named in the Complaint,
or any of them, have any right, title, interest, clairn or demand
in and to the lands involved in these proeeedings, and specifi-
cally, any lands south of the true line as set forth in Exhibit
"A" f il~d herein.
5. That the title of the Plaintiff in and to the lands
described above is hereby declared and decreed by the Court to
be a fee simple indefeasible title.
6. That the claim, interest, title, ar other right,
real or purported, legal or equitable, in the said Defendants
or any of them to trae lands hereinabove described, and each and
every part and parcel thereof, is hereby declared to be vaid,
~ inferior and subordinate to the claim and title of the Plaintiff,

and the claim, right, title, interes~ and demand of any and a1.1
Defendants is hereby decl~red extinguished, ~orfeited and aban-
doned and declared to be cancelled, null and void and r~moved as
clouds on title of Pl.aintiff. Z7iat the said several D~fendants,
and each of them as na~ed in the Complaint, are for~ver enjoined
