claim or assert as against Plaintiff or his grantees any
right, title and interest in and to said lands, and the De-
£endants as hereabove mentioned and set out, be perpetually
restrained and enjoined from asserting or attempting to assert
any ri~ht, title or interest in and to said lands or any part
thereof .
7. That each of the Defendants be and they are
hereby restrained and enjoined from placing any improvemerits
on the lands descri.bed as the South 1J2 of the Northeast 1/4
of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 13, Township 35 South, Range
39 East.
8. That the Defendan.ts, and each of them, be and
they are hereby required to remove within ten (10) days from
the date of this Decree any improvements placed upon Plaintiff's .
lands described as the South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4 of S~ction 13, Tawnship 35 South, Range 39 East.

Lucie County, Florida, this day of September, 1965.
