THIS GUARDIANSHIP DEED made this day of October,
A. D. 1965 between CHESTER E. WATKINS, as Guardian of the
property of JESSIE E. WATKINS, an incompetent widow, "PARTY
OF THE FIRST PART" and STEVE HRUBEY and MARY HRUBEY, his
wife, 416 North 6t~1 Street, Fort Pierce, F'lorida, "PARTIES
OF THE SECOND PART",
W I T N E S S E T H:

tion of the sum of TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00)----------
