THIS I5 TO CERTIFY, That a sworn return for Inheritance and Estate Tax has been filed by the duly qualified
representative of the above named Estate; and that, after allowing aIl lawful debts and other deductions and
the statutory exemption applicable thereto, it was ascertained that said Estate was not subject to Tax. The
issuance of this certificate, however, shall not preclude the assessment and collectian of taxes subsequently
