if this Option is exercisecl, shall be the sum of Forty-Four Th~usand and

3. That the Optionee is no longer required to convey to the
Optionor the following,described property:
The West li2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 less
the North 1/4 of the West 1/2 of the West 1/2
of the 5E 1/4 of the SW 1/4 all being in
Sec~ion 11, Township 35 Sau~th, Range 39 East,
containing 172 acres more or less.
