HOLLY BOWEN, by and through his agent and attorn~y, Frank
D. Newman, hereby gives notice that he has, claims and intends
to hold a lien against the following lands lying in St. LuCie
County, Florida, to-wit:
S 2 af Section 7 and a11 of Sec:Cion 18 in Township 34
South, Range 38 East.
owned by Wagner Groves, Inc., a Florida corporation, whose mailing
aadress is 100 Oakliegh Lane, Maitland, Florida.
The nature of labor and services performed was the clearing
of said lands and the piling and burning of the trees, stumps,
palmettos, etc. so cleared.
Said work was performecl pursuant to a contract wiCh Gorham
Construction Company, a Florida corporation; Gorham Construc~ion
Company was under contract with Big Chief Construction Company,
Inc. and Big Chief Construction Company, Inc. was under contract
*aith owner.
The lienor perfarmed labor and services in the amount of
$3fi,400.00 oi which $22,194 .30 has been paid; the lienor has,
claims and intends to hold a lien against the above described
properry in the amount of $14,205.70.
That the last lal~or ar.d services performed by lienor on
said lands was on March 8, 1965.
That copies of this notice have been mailed by certified
mail to Gorham Construction Company, P. 0. Bax 6, For~ Pierce,
Florida; Big Chief Construction Company, Inc., P. 0. Box 428,
Indiantown, Florida and Wagner Groves, Inc., 100 Oakliegh Lane,
Maitland, Florida.
