by first party in that certain Iease of the

wherein she is Lessee and George A. Fischer
and Frieda Fischer, his wife are Lessars
dated June 29, I965, t~gether with rzght
therein to renew the lease and all other
rights or options therein granted.
TO HAL'E AND TO HOI..D the same unto the said paxty of the
second pa.rt, his executors, administratars, heirs, successoxs
and assigns forever. And the said party of the first par~ does
cavenant to and with the said part;~ ~f the second part, his
executors, admir~istxators, hEirs, successors and assigns, that
said par~y of the first part is the lawful awner o£ the said goods,
chattels and assets as well as the business being hereby sold, and
~hat they are all free of any liens or encumbrances excQpt as
hereinabove men~ioned; that she has good and lawful right ta sell
~he same as aforesaid, and that she will warrant and defend the
sale of the same unto the said party o~' the second part, against

This Eusiness Bill of Sale super~edes and replaces that
certain prior Agreement for Sale between the same parties under
date of October 13, 1965 which is hereby declared nu11~ void and
of no further force and effect.
