!Beginning at a point on the north line of Palmetto Avenue (naw Avenue A).
'l15 fe~et west of the Southeast corner of Block "M" of Aaron Lee's Map of,
Fort Pierce as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book l, page 1.89, public
recor~s of St. Lucie County, Florida, run northerly at right angles to
the north lirie of Palmetto Avenue 140 feet to a point; thence turn and
run Westerly para11e1 wi~h the north line of Palmetto Avenue for a dis-
tance of 5Q feet to a point; ~hence turn and run northerly a~ right '
angles ta the north line of Palmetto Avenue a distance of 60 feet to a
point; thence turn and run we~terly paral.lel. with the north line of
Palme~.to Avenue for a distance of 75 feet to a point; thence turn at
right angles and run southerly 200 feet to a point on the north line of
Palmetto Avenue; thence run Easterly along the north line of Palmetto
Avenue for a distance of 125 feet to point of beginning.
It is the intention of the Grantors herein ta convey by the above
legal description the same properties as conveyed in those four certain ,
deeds recorded in the public records ot St. Lucie County, Florida, as
follows: (1) Deed recorded in Deed Bonk 8, page 8$; (2) Deed recorded in
Deed Book 9, page 30; (3) Deed recorded in DEed Bonk 9, page 43; (4)
Deed ~ecorded in Deed Book 9, page 125,; Lizzie W. Harrison being the
Grantee of the first above mentioned Deeds, and J, R. Harrison being
the Grantee of the second, third and fourth Deeds immediately described
above.
That blary Eli~abeth Waters and John Robert Harrison, Sr, are the sole
surviving heirs of Lizzie W. Harrison, deceased.
