yive my (our) consent to Generctl Develaprnent Corparrriion, a Belaware corporation, ar such persons
as it snall designate at such time or times as the above prEmises shall be vaccmt, to enter upon such
premises to ~.~rforr~i any and all work which it mcry deem necess~y to keep such premises in reascn-
~ able appearance cmd reoair. I, (we) agree such wor'~c shall include, but not be limited to minor repairs

I, (~ve) agree to prYy reasonable chcuges for all such work performed (such ch~ges in no cczse ~
not to be Iess thcm the actual cost thereof to General Uevelopment Corporation) within 10 days after
submission of a statement in writing oi such chcuges, provided, that such work shall not be com-

such work is required. Such notice shall be deemed given cmd such statement shail be deemed sub-
