LEASE CANCELLATION AGREQ~]ENT

THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of
October, A. D, 1965, by and betwc~en SIDNEY CECIL CAMPBELL and
BETTY CAMPBELL, his wif:e, h~reinafter called the Lessurs, and TAYLOR
AND STROUT, TNC., hereinaFter call~d the Lessee;
W~ T N E S 5~ T H:
That whereas an t'r?e 28th day ot May, 1964, thc~ Lessors and
the Lessee made and entered irito an Inc3en~ure of L~ase, which said Lease
is recorded in Official Record Book 90, Pages 172 through 176 inc]_usive,
af the Public Recards af St. Lucic~ County, Florida, and whereas, it is
th~ intention of the parties hereto t~ terrr~inat~ and cancel said Lease
and all rights and obligati~~ns of the parties therein, and said partie5
having agr~ed and consented thereto,
Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises aforesaid,
the parties ~o hereby contraet and a~ree tha~, that certain indenture
of Lease herein identified and described, with respee~ ~o the property
therein dzscribed, is hereby canceled anc3 terminated and of no further
force and ~ffect. ~
