Mortgagors covenant that they exclusively own and possrss the personal property describrd below and that there is no litn, claim, conditional
purchase tit(e or encumbrance against said persnnul property, or any patt thereof, excepi as listed in Schedule "A" below.
If this mortgage includes a motor ~ehicle, Mort(~agors covenant that they will not remove same irom ihe State of Florida and will conform with

In the e~•ent of default as provided in the note secured herzby, MortFagee sha,l have the right to the immediate possession of said personal
propcrty; and t}~ereupon may sell said pec~onal property, at puLlic auction, for the Lest oash price obtainable and with or without notice to Atortgagon.
The amount then due Vforigagee shall be deducted from the proceeds of sale and any surplus amount remaining shall lae remitted to Mortgagors.

event of default, biortgagots a~cree to pay the actual and reasonable expenses of repossession, storing and sellin~ any property mort~aged hereunder,
to~ether with actual and reasonable attorney fees determened by the court in which any suit is filed.
Should foreclosure proceedings be instituted hereunder, MortgaAce, without notice to Mort~a~ors, niay make applieation for and to have a

renting, pmsening or pmtecting the same and applying the net income there[rom to the preservation and protection of the mongaged property and

As to the debt secured hereby and as to the ycrsonal property herein mortRsged, Mortgagors hereby waive homestead exemption, personal
property eaemption and any other ezemption permitted by law to be waived.
IE only one mortqagor be a party to thia instrument, all plural words used heroin with reference to the MortRagors shall be construed in the
singulat.
