POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, WII,LIAM
J. PIOWATY, a resident of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, United States of America, have made, constituted
and a~pointed, and by these presents do make, constitut~:
and appoint JAMES W, P~OWATY, 1110 South llth S~reet, Fort
Pierce, Florida, my true and lawful attorney to act in,
manage and conduct all of my estate and a11 of my a~fairs,
and for the purpnse for myself and in my name, plac~s and
stead, for my use and benefit, as my acts and deeds, to
do and execute, or to concur with persons jointly in~erest-
ed with myself therein in the doing or executing of, all or
any of, the following acts, deeds and things th~t is to say:
1. To buy, receive, lease, accept or othe nvise ac-
quire; to sell, convey, mortgage, hypothecate, pledge, qui.t-
claim ar atherwise encumber or dispose of; ar to cantract
or agree for the acquisition, disposal or encumbrance of
any property whatsnever, or any custody, possession, interest
or right; therein upon such terms as my said attorney shall
think porper;
2. To take, hold, passess, invest, lease or let, or
otherwise manage any or all of my prop~rty or any int~rest
therein; to eject, rem~ve or relieve tenants or other per-
sons from, and recover possession of, such property by all
lawful means, and ta maintain, protect, preserve, insure,
remove, store, transport, r~pair, rebuild, mo3ify, or im-
prove the same or any part thereof;
3. To make, do and transact all and every kind of
business of what nature or kind soever, including the re-
ceipt, r~covery, collection, payment, compro~nise, settlement
and adjustment of a11 accounts, legacies, bec;,uests, interests,
dividends, annuities, demands, debts, taxes, and obligations,
wnich may now or hereafter be due, owing nr payak~le by me
or to me;
4. To make endorse, accept, receive, sign, seal, exe-
cute, acknowledge and deliver Deeds, assignments, Agresments,
Sa~isfactions, Certificates, hypothecations, checks, notes,
bonds, vouchers, receipts and such other instrulr.ents in
writing of whatever kind and nature as m~y be necess~ry, coz~-
venient, or proper in the premises;
5. To deposit and withdraw for the purposes hereof;
in either my said attorney's name or my name, in or £rom any
