A. D. 1965, by CTTY OF FORT PTERCE, a municipal corporation
existing under the laws of Flarida, and having its principal
place of business at Fort Pierce, Florida, FIRST PARTY, ta
M. A. WALLY, whose p~stoffice address is 1657 West Avenue, Miami
Beach, Florida, SECOND PARTY:
(Wherever used herein the terms "first party" and "second
party" sha11 include singular and plural, heirs, legal
representatives, and assigns of individuals, and the
~ successors and assigns of corporations, wherever the
context admits or requires.)
WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations
in hand paid by the said second par~y, the receip~ wl~ereof is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and quit-claim
unto the said second party forever, all the right, title, in-
terest, clairn and demand which the said f~rst party has in and
