'THIS DEED MA.DE AND ENTERED INTO this ,Z~ day o£ October,
1965, between Dorot~y B. Sundy, the survi~ziig spouse and sole heir, and the
duly constituted and appainteci executrix af the estate af Ben F. Sundy, deceased,
late of Palm Beach County, as party of the first part, and Ivi. A. Wally, of
Dade County, Florida, as party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, That on the day of October, 1965, upon
petition of party of the first part, the Honorable Paul T. Douglas, County
~ Judge in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, granted ta party of the Eirst
part leave to sell a certain parcel of land owned in part by the said Ben F.
Sundy, deceased, in accord with an option to sell and convey, and for the
purpose of paying debts and m~king distribution; that a private sale was author-
ized and directed to be made by said Gounty Judge.

~ NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and in further con-
sideration of the sum of Fifty Thnusand ($50, 000) I?ollars purchase money paid

~ i portion thereof is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part has sold
' and conveyed and does hereby sell and convey unto M. A. Wally, his heirs
and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land situated in the County of St. Lucie
b and ~tate o£ Floxida and described as follows:
Al.l that part of Lot 68, MARAVILLA GARDENS, as
recorded in Plat Sook 7, at page 19, public records
" of St. Lucie Caunty, Florida, lying westerly and
southerly of a 100-foot strip af Iand described in
deed book 100, at page 274, of the publ.ic records
of St. Lucie County, ~ lorida.
TC HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the said M. A. Wally, his hei-rs
and assigns in as full and ~.rcx~ple manner as the same was possessed or en-
joyed by the said Ben F. Sundy, deceased, during his life tirne,

IN FURTHER GOMPLIANCE with the said order ~E the County Judge,
first party does remise, release and quit claim unto said M.A. Wally, hi~
heirs and assigns forever a~l the right, title, interest, claim, or demand
whi.ch first party has in and to the following described parcels of land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
